About us
It Didn't Start With A Product.
It Started With A Problem.
A problem I didn't even realize I had.
Like most people, I carried my phone everywhere.
The moment I woke up, I reached for it.
While working, I checked it constantly.
Before bed, I told myself I would only scroll for five minutes.
Five minutes became thirty.
Thirty became an hour.
And day after day, it started to feel normal.
Until I began noticing what it was costing me.
I couldn't focus like I used to.
Reading became harder.
Deep work felt almost impossible.
Even when I wasn't using my phone, part of my attention was still searching for the next notification, the next message, the next hit of stimulation.
I wasn't fully present.
And I wasn't fully in control.
So I tried what most people try.
I deleted apps.
Turned off notifications.
Set screen-time limits.
Started dopamine detoxes.
Promised myself I would do better.
Sometimes it worked for a while.
Most of the time, it didn't last.
Eventually, I realized something important.
The problem wasn't that I lacked discipline.
The problem was that distraction had become part of my environment.
Every app wanted my attention.
Every notification wanted a reaction.
Every algorithm wanted more of my time.
And when I removed the stimulation, I still had to face what came after it:
The boredom.
The restlessness.
The cravings.
The urge to reach for something again.
That was the part most advice never prepared me for.
Trying harder wasn't enough.
I needed a system.
So I started making small changes.
I learned how to interrupt the impulse before it became automatic.
How to remove distractions before they stole my attention.
How to reset my mind instead of replacing one form of stimulation with another.
And how to rebuild focus through small daily actions.
Those simple changes eventually became what we now call the Orivaya Reset System™.
Interrupt.
Remove.
Reset.
Rebuild.
What started as a personal solution became the foundation of Orivaya.
Orivaya helps you break the loop of phone addiction, manage cravings, and rebuild deep focus through a practical reset system.
Because attention isn't just about productivity.
It's about being present for your work, your goals, your relationships, and the life you're trying to build.
We don't believe you need to hate technology.
We believe your phone should be a tool — not an escape button, not a distraction loop, and not the first thing that controls your day.
Orivaya was created for people who want to feel present again.
To work deeply again.
To stop living in reaction mode.
To rebuild control, one day at a time.
Reclaim Your Attention.
Rebuild Your Life.
